With so many people becoming affiliate marketers these days I think it is safe to say that getting in on the right foot is very important. I look back on my early days in my affiliate businesses and the one thing I was short on was solutions to my marketing problems.
One thing that was hard at the beginning was to know really where to start and what to do at that point. The good thing about affiliate marketing is it is a package deal where you get a marketing program and a back office platform to keep track of your daily profits. The one thing that does not come with these affiliate programs is a voucher for your local electronics store for the endless supply of boxes of the worn out mouse’s and pads. Besides the mouse what about your poor fingers that are about worn out as well from all that surfing.
The key point to this is you will have some results from your surfing efforts but the real results is to have a plan and maximize that online marketing plan of yours. To cut to the chase for this post is you need a funnel effect to your marketing so you can bring online prospects in and slowly work them so you are able to get the sale.
So if your marketing is just straight forward and there is only one sale available for each prospects then you will be getting really tired trying to make a living online. Make sure you have a interest product to get them in the funnel and as you go through the funnel process you are offering several items maybe for free to build a relationship. All the way through this process you are working toward your end result of the sale of your primary product.
